Each of our refill bottles contains 100ml of concentrate, which gives you ≈ 5 × 500ml bottle universal cleaner refills in the Any-Way Spray Bottle. Simply mix 20ml of our super concentrate with 480ml of water to make your cleaner.
All you need is cold / room temperature tap water. If you’re mopping we suggest using warm water. It’s best to avoid boiling water as it can kill the good bacteria and may damage the bottle.

It’s important to wash your microfibre cleaning cloths separately. Because they attract hair, dirt, dust, and lint, you don't want them mingling with other items or to transfer dirt and dust to the rest of your laundry.
Wash separately before use in cold or warm water (60°C max).
To extend the life of your cloth, we recommend hanging them to air dry.
Never tumble dry or wash with bleach, fabric softener or detergents containing fabric softener.
Our Premium Microfibre Cloth can withstand hundreds of washes, providing the cloth has not been mistreated.
Best paired with our Universal Probiotic Cleaner for streak-free cleaning. Use dry for dusting, damp for general cleaning and wet for heavily soiled areas. Fold your cloth into quarters giving you eight separate cleaning surfaces to work with 🤓
Our cleaner is non-toxic, eco-friendly and contains no nasties. In fact, it’s also plant derived and pH neutral which is the same as water. Despite how safe this product is, our bodies are extremely diverse and we all have different biomes so it’s sensible to spot test to ensure skin irritation doesn’t occur and wear the relevant PPE if required.
If it finds it’s way into your eyes — rinse with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do so. Continue rinsing for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation occurs (e.g. doctor).
Our cleaner isn’t intended for consumption. if Ingested, immediately rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Give water to drink. If vomiting occurs, give further water to achieve effective dilution.
