Shipping
Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your Orbies until they reach your door. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
Standard shipping
- Metro: 1-8 business days
- Regional: 3-8 business days
Express shipping
- Metro: 1-2 business days
- Regional: 2-4 business days
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 working days, please email us at hello@orbies.com.au with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Shipping timeframes are based on the advised date of dispatch. For pre-order items, this approximate dispatch date is listed on the product page before purchase and the delivery of your pre-order item/s will occur within the timeframes listed above.
Damaged items
If you receive your order and it’s damaged, email us at hello@orbies.com.au with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item/s so we can make it right.
Lost or stolen packages
Orbies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. We can however confirm details of delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information to assist your investigation.
